He works professionally and individually with every homeowner throughout each phase of the construction process - from plan design to selection to final settlement. He firmly believes that the primary key to a successful building relationship and a happy homeowner is continual and open communication.
Jason has worked in the building industry for 25 years. His earliest memories are of driving with his father, president of Rock Hill Builders, Inc. (RHB), to oversee the construction of new homes. His first job was sweeping and general clean-up in the new homes as they were being built. After attending Lycoming College, Jason joined RHB in 1990 and worked his way to the position of Vice President. In his ten years at RHB, he oversaw the completion of over 100 homes and learned how to recognize and appreciate quality construction and materials. These learned skills and Jason's natural attention to detail were key in earning him early success with his own business, Knipe Building Group, Inc., which he formed in 2001.
Today, Knipe Building Group is firmly established as a premier custom home builder throughout Eastern Pennsylvania. Jason has built homes for delighted customers in Bucks County, Monroe County, Montgomery County, and Northampton County. Jason's philosophy is that a home is a work in process - a creative collaboration between the customer and Knipe Building Group.
